Return Policy

InventHelpStore.com Return Policy

  • You may return most unused items purchased at InventHelpStore.com within 30 days of receipt of goods. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent of the purchase price of the returned product.
  • No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA, please contact us via email at info@inventhelpstore.com and state your reason for the return. One of our representatives will get back to you within 5 business days. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in re-sellable condition we will refund your credit card or issue you a check for the purchase price of the product, minus the restocking fee, within 10 business days.
  • Due to Federal Government health & safety regulations, and to provide our customers with the confidence that they are receiving brand new merchandise, the following personal items may not be returned: The Sleep Posture Pillow, The Plaque-Pro Toothbrush, Disc-Traction, Ear Cuffies, Comfort Cushions, Ergonomic Seat Cushion and Angelicare Spider Vein Treatment System.

  • Items being sent to our Returns Department must be ship by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
